We apply the standard “Gîtes de France” conditions: – More than 30 days before arrival: Deposit retained. – Less than 30 days: Deposit retained + balance due. – No‑show: Contract cancelled after 24h; deposit and balance retained. – Shortened stay: No refund.

🤝 Solidarity Commitment: If we manage to re‑rent the cancelled period, we refund the amounts received (deposit or balance) proportionally to the re‑rented duration.
