Arrivals are from 5pm. The gîtes must be vacated by 10am at the latest to allow us to prepare them for new visitors.
Once we have received your booking request, we will place an option which is valid for 10 days. We will send you a draft contract by email, which you must sign and return to us, together with a 30% deposit. The balance is payable on arrival at the latest.
A deposit of 300€ must be paid at the beginning of your stay.
As cleaning is not included in the rental price, all accommodation must be left clean and tidy as it was on arrival. Possibility of paying the cleaning pack in addition.
Payment by bank transfer, credit cards and holiday vouchers are not currently accepted.
The prices shown do not include tourist tax, which must be paid on arrival for adults.
It is possible to rent by the month (maximum 90 consecutive days) from October to April. Please contact us for a price quote.
