Prices of our cottages "Sous le grand pine" and "A l'ombre du chêne"
Here is the information regarding the rates and booking terms for our gîtes in Anduze. If you need more details, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Once we receive your booking request, we will hold the gîte for 10 days. During this period, you will receive a rental contract by email, which must be signed and returned along with a transfer of 30% of the total rate as a deposit. The balance of the rate must be paid no later than 15 days before your arrival at one of our gîtes in Anduze. A security deposit of €300 will also be required at the beginning of your stay.
Check-in at our gîtes is from 5:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM to prepare the gîte for the next guests. As cleaning is not included in the rate, we ask that you leave the gîtes clean and tidy as you found them. If you prefer, a cleaning package is available as an option.
Payments for the reservation of our gîtes in Anduze can be made by bank transfer or check. We do not yet accept credit cards or holiday vouchers. Please note that the rates do not include the tourist tax, which must be paid upon arrival for adult guests.
It is possible to rent a gîte on a monthly basis for a maximum of 90 consecutive days between October and March. To find out the monthly rates and receive a personalized quote, please contact us directly.
