💰 Fees Not Included (Mandatory and Optional)
Rates do not include the following items, for which payment will be requested on-site:
- Tourist Tax: €1.32 per night and per adult (current rate, payable upon arrival or with your final balance).
- End-of-stay Cleaning Option: €80 (If you prefer not to worry about cleaning, dishes, and bins before your departure).
🔒 Booking Process: Book in 3 Simple Steps
Once your reservation request is received (by email or via our form), here is the procedure to validate your stay:
* Option : An option is placed on the cottage for 8 days. You will receive a rental agreement to sign and return.
* Down Payment : A transfer corresponding to 25% of the total rate is required to confirm the booking.
* Balance & Security Deposit : The balance is due no later than 15 days before your arrival. A security deposit of 400 € will also be requested at the beginning of your stay.
* Option : An option is placed on the cottage for 8 days. You will receive a rental agreement to sign and return.

🛡️ Cancellation & Peace of Mind
We apply the standard "Gîtes de France" conditions for a rental you can trust.
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: The deposit is retained by the owner.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: The deposit is retained and the balance is due.
- No-show: If you do not arrive within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the contract is cancelled. The deposit and balance are retained by the owner.
- Shortened stay: No refund will be made if you decide to shorten your stay.
🤝 Our "Solidarity" Commitment: Despite these conditions, if we manage to re-let the period you cancelled, we commit to refunding the amounts received (deposit or balance) in proportion to the new booking.
⏱️ Logistics of Your Stay
- Check-in: From 5:00 PM.
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
💳 Payment Methods
Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or credit card. We also accept ANCV holiday vouchers, subject to a 6% handling fee.
📅 Long-Term Rental (up to 90 days, Low Season)
It is possible to rent a gîte on a monthly basis for a maximum period of 90 consecutive days, exclusively during the low season (from November to March). For monthly rates and a personalized quote, please contact us directly.
