* The private 6-seater SPA (accessible all year round)
* Access to the large communal swimming pool (covered, accessible from April to October)

* Bed and bathroom linen (sheets, towels, tea towels)

💰 Fees Not Included (Mandatory and Optional)
The rates do not include the following items, for which payment will be required on site:
* Tourist Tax (Taxe de Séjour): To be paid upon arrival or when settling your stay, for all adults (amount calculated according to the law in force: 1.32€).
* Cleaning Package (Optional): 80 € (If you choose not to perform the end-of-stay cleaning).
🔒 Booking Process: Book in 3 Simple Steps
Once your reservation request is received (by email or via our form), here is the procedure to validate your stay:
* Option : An option is placed on the cottage for 8 days. You will receive a rental agreement to sign and return.
* Down Payment : A transfer corresponding to 30% of the total rate is required to confirm the booking.
* Balance & Security Deposit : The balance is due no later than 15 days before your arrival. A security deposit of 400 € will also be requested at the beginning of your stay.

- Check-in: From 5:00 PM.
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
💳 Payment Methods
Bank transfer, check, or credit card. We also accept French holiday vouchers (ANCV) with a 6% processing fee.
